Our Consultants
Edmund Shaw is Kadath Group’s owner and principal consultant. For over 30 years, Edmund has been leading the successful delivery of sleep products and medical services. Clients benefit from Edmund’s experience. He applies his personal knowledge to navigate the complexities of medical devices, reimbursement, and a crowded competitive field.
When the client would benefit, Kadath Group draws on Edmund’s extensive professional network to bring additional capabilities as dictated by the engagement.
Edmund took Philips’ sleep diagnostic portfolio to a #1 position and held it there for over a decade. His tenure at Philips includes the development and launch of market-leading solutions including the Alice 6 polysomnography system, Alice NightOne home sleep test, and Sleepware G3 software with Somnolyzer and CReSS—an AI-powered, SaaS, auto-scoring solution. Prior to working on the industry side of the sleep business, Edmund co-founded and managed two successful sleep disorder clinics. He has four 510k clearances to his credit, is a co-inventor of four granted patents, and co-author of over twenty peer-reviewed research papers.
